Dear Home Owner,

Our COMMITMENT to YOU; A high quality, responsive, detail-oriented management program that can make your Association the harmonious, pleasant and positive experience it was meant to be. We pledge to maintain reasonable project work loads for our management consultants, maintain a high level of attention to detail, perform prompt and efficient follow up on all Association matters and work diligently to achieve the goals of YOUR Association.


As manager of the Association's corporate records, R&R emphasizes accuracy of detail, thoroughness and quality control in fulfilling our critical fiduciary responsibilities. Financial reporting begins with the preparation of the Association's budget. All expenses are verified prior to disbursement. Financial reports include a disbursement journal, balance sheet, profit and loss statement and a detailed general ledger.

R&R sends account statements to individuals who are in arrears in their assessment payments. We track delinquencies and provide an effective collection process. We also work closely with local attorneys who specialize in homeowner association issues.

R&R utilizes state of the art HOA management software to generate violation notices, which are initiated by the management consultant during community inspections. R&R also provides web-site hosting and individual HOA e-mail boxes.

Enforcement of the Association's CC&R's and other adopted rules and guidelines is critical to preserving the theme and integrity of the community. While first seeking voluntary compliance, the board, with R&R’s enforcement process, accumulates the documentation required in the event legal action becomes necessary. A computerized log of pending and resolved violations serves as a report for the Board as well as a working tool for the management consultant, in monitoring violation activity.
